  • Shipping times vary based on product availability, destination, and carrier. Most products can take up to 29 days for shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • At this time we do not accept returns unless a refund is offered. Most products offer warranty; please see section 6 labeled "Warranty"

  • If a refund is accepted returned items must be unused, unmounted, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once items are inspected.

6. Warranty

  • Wheels and accessories sold by Pavement Kings may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Specific warranty details are listed with each product.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fitment before purchase.

  • Pavement Kings provides general specifications, but final fitment may depend on your vehicle’s modifications or setup.

  • We strongly recommend professional installation of all wheels and accessories.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
